Were the Sumerian civilization more advanced than our modern civilization?

All the information we know about the Sumerians is only the fact that "the Sumerians, the first civilization of mankind, had already invented and used writing around 3200 BC."

In the Ashurbanipal Library in Nineveh, the ancient capital of Assyria, British archaeologist Sir Austen Layard began excavating about 25,000 documents around 1850, and by 2000, we have completely deciphered the inscriptions on clay tablets.

The Sumerians had already invented and used writing 5000 years ago, and had plumbing facilities like modern water systems in each home or institution.
They were the first in the world to use printing (clay tablets) and could craft gold, silver, copper, and various jewels for women's accessories.

They also paved asphalt on the ground so that any cart could pass through. Their social security system was well-developed, so there were no poor people at all.
Doctors were also divided into internists, surgeons, and dentists, and doctors capable of performing brain surgery were always on standby. High-class cuisine comparable to modern French cuisine was developed, and wealthy people and gods enjoyed this cuisine.
